Blower Fan Dead?

A few weeks ago I noticed that after driving a good distance the climate control fan would start making a "squeek" noise. I have searched and I'm almost certain my blower fan has died because it will not come on at all. From what I have seen the dash has to come off to fix this but I cannot find instructions for doing this.

Does anyone have any tips? I think I'm going to try to do this myself because I'm sure labor would be through the roof! I know about the bentley manual but is there anything else (read: cheaper/free) that would point me in the right direction?

Also does anyone have a recommendation as to where I should buy the part?

Thanks in advance!

Trent

Ok here's an update: I took the FSR out to see if anything looked fishy and it appears that there is some melted plastic inside the connector. I think I am going to order an FSR and hope like hell it fixes the problem. I really, really, REALLY, don't want to take my dash apart.
