air suspension

My X5 is sitting low in the back end. No error messages.
Is there a way of testing the air pump to see if it works?

I was wondering if I could manually pump the rear of the car up if the compressor pump works by jumping some wiring for the pump?

There should be two hoses red and blue in the spare tire well. If you loosen the fitting you'll hear the air come out. Let the truck lower but not bottom out. Tighten it up and the pp should kick on. Check the fuse and relay first. You can spray soapy water on the bags and see if they leak.
