Irritating

It's one thing having a long to-do list on the X5 .... each and every little thing sits uncomfortably in your mind until you get and do it.

What's more irritating is having the precious time available to you for once to do things, but you can't because the weather won't let you !! I've no garage at home so I've to do everything on the drive ... and outside it's windy as hell, raining like mad and would be completely impossible to get anything done. Try pouring engine oil in high winds .... like trying to use an ash tray on a motor bike !!

Aaaarrrgggghhhhh !!

Isambard is an unknown quantity at this point
I have a garage but its not big enough to do any work on the X. I can just about get it in then crush my balls on the door pillar everytime trying to get out with the meager gap left with the door against the garage wall! Though I could probably change the oil ok-but you don't want to hear that do you?

So whats on the *current list Patrick?

* = The list WILL grow.

Where do I start ...

Exterior door mirrors need attention. They've got loads of play in them.
Coolant temp sensors x2 to be replaced.
Crank case breather valve to be replaces.
Tie rod ends to be replaced.
Need to investigate why my auto levelling headlights aren't auto levelling.
Need to lube up both front door handles.
Need to put injector cleaner through a tank of petrol.
Need to replace the fuel filter.
Need to replace carrier bushings x4 at the rear.
Need new ignition switch.
Need to investigate a faint knocking noise from the engine when under heave acceleration from slow sometimes.

There are probably more things I can't think of right now ....
