Vibration/ rumble at 78+, stumped

Ever since I had my trans replaced this past fall, I've had a rumbling/vibration that starts about 75 to 78, and gets more pronounced as I go faster. Very definitely road speed related, doesn't matter whether I use 5th or 6th. Did it with my staggered 19's, does it with my winter 18's. Most noticable when at a steady throttle or lightly accelerating and seems to get better when decelerating. Dealer has had it twicce and on the second time spent a couple of days with it and couldn't find a problem. But it's driving me nuts.

If this was my 528 I'd think either the front wheel bearings or the center support bearing where bad. But in my case it started after the trans was put it. Might be pure coincidence of course.

Anyone else every have similar issues?

I wonder if they failed to preload the center support bearing correctly.

Anything in the driveline after the trans needs to be inspected. Half-shafts, driveshaft, etc. Since it doesn't matter what gear you are in and it does matter what speed you are going, then I'd look at all these and the connections (bolts, etc.) to ensure they have been correctly installed.

Lots to look at unfortunately...
