Pixel on my 2003 x5 radio are dying.

Is there a way to change out the display on the x5 radio/CD player?

Thank you.

OK now I just read that this was a manufacturer recall and that the dealer should fix it for free. Does anyone know where I can find all the recalls for the 2003 X5 4.4?

There are places that fix these kind of things for about 200 dollars. One is in cali and I have used them. There turn around time is very fast about 2 day plus shipping. Ive never heard of a recall on this but I could be wrong. You can also try to fix it yourself ive hear of people taking it out opening it up and spraying electrcal cleaner., But i would not recommend this if you dont know what your doing.
