i have style 132 wheels on my car, and i have bought a new set of style 168,s

i,m at work and my wife just rang to say they have arrived woo hoo

guess i,ll get the old trolley jack out tonight when i get home hehe

next job is to get it lowered 30 / 35 mm and then get exhaust tips coming out through the rear lower panel instead of under it (diesel)

we dont see many modded X5,s here in Australia mainly all just stock
sometimes with after market wheels, and ive seen one aero kit and only one lowered

maybe i need to get out more,

got them fitted, now i think i,m going to have to get the flared arches from the 4.8 at least for the rear as they do stick out past the body marginally

probably do the front arches as well

how do you plan to change the exhaust tips? Really change the last part of the exhaust or mount fake tips?

no fakes, i know there are european companies that make replacement systems, but i imagine it would be to expensive to ship to Australia, so my plan will be to have the rear mufflers removed and replaced with ones with tail pipes exiting straight out, i love the look of the 4.8,s oval tips.

i just need to make sure i get someone who is familiar with the needs of a diesel to do the job
