P0161 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 2)

Hi Everyone, I did a search however didn't find much info on this SES issue.

So far the car has been great and very reliable for the last 5 years I have owned it. I'm still under 29K miles and haven't had any issues until today.

The SES went on and it's:
P0161 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 2)

I normally do my own maintenance and not afraid to DIY. Has anyone had this issue before? In the past I would just swap out the O2 sensor, however, I wanted others opinion first to see if it could possibly be related to something else. So I guess, to summarize:

1) Do you recommend I swap the O2 sensor? If so, do you know exactly which one of the O2 sensors this is? Sounds like the secondary sensors, if it is which one?

2) Do you recommend I check something else? Maybe a vacuum leak somewhere? Details appreciated.

3) Do you recommend I just clear the code and see if it comes back?

Thanks all.

Just to update this post that might help others. Clearing the code did not help as the SES light came back so I ordered two new rear O2 Sensors and replaced them myself.

Problem appears to have been resolved.
