Yes I did actually. I mounted the silver rings while I had the cluster disassembled at time I was doing the pixel repair.

I do the same thing!! Love taking pictures of milestones. last one was 88888 then 99999 and then the big 100k (maybe fun numbers in between too)

Shame you didn't reset the trip meter at 111,000 so that it was showing 111.1 at the same time !

And it could have done with being 2.6 degrees warmer too

I'm also interested in how easy the pixel repair was. I've seen a write up but it looked quite tricky.
