X5 sport seat for an office chair? Help

I want to make a office chair using a sport bucket from an M or X5 with the sport bucket.

2 problems;

1) I need to buy a seat
2) I need to find a base
3) Need to find a way to power it.... guess that's 3 problems...

Any help would be appreciated. If anyone has heard of anyone who has done such a thing, that might help also.

Thanks....

4) You need to figure out how to attach armrests, or just use it as a stenographer's chair

Why not just look at a Recaro office chair? Recaro has built lots of seats for BMWs.

Full adjustment, many fabrics and leathers, etc. I prefer the Aeron, but the Recaros are comfortable. The challenge to build one out of a BMW seat is that you would need legs, a support, arms, and a power supply.

Confused cuz the X5 seats are ugly and uncomfortable(all three types). Their are so many nice $250 office chair out there why waste time doing that.

Ricardos look good are super uncomfortable - its a sports seat.

Jus my 2 cents.
