some issues with radio

Hey guys, I have some issues with the fm radio. Sometimes
the channel that I'm listening to starts clipping. It's like some kind
of interuption every little while. And sometimes it doesn't do it at all.
CD is fine, only does it while the radio is playing and it's very irratating
big time.....Any ideas?? (install antenna)?

Also my rear defog (defrost) does not work. The button lights up, but
it doesn't defog the rear window......(relay)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
