4.6is Exhaust / X-pipe HELP

Im sure this has been brought up before, I'm new to these cars, only had her for few days. I dont want to spend $2500 on Exhaust. I dont want anything too crazy loud...

Any thoughts? What are people doing for the 4.6is

I'm thinking Magnaflow X-pipe with resonador delete?

or resonador delete with straight pipe? Maybe too loud?

I also read on another forum that the 4.6is is valvestronic, so x-pipe doesnt sound as good on 4.6 then 4.4 or 4.8.... can anyone confirm this please?

thoughts and feedback would be great
