Car Got Dented in Parking lot, what are my options here?

to top off my horrible two weeks, i came out to my car today to dents all over. Three in total. Two behind my "dent guard" and one under my mirror. what i think happened is that ugly malibu next to me shoveled himself in or out of the spot and dented me during the process. Either way, i called the police, had a report run (yes i know it'll be on my carfax, whatever).. They really didnt do much for me except say that i could call the number they gave me tomorrow.

here are pictures. what should i do? be over it and just get my car fixed by my paintless dent remover and take the $$ hit?

Pictures on next post

Paintless dent removal. It may not be feasible if the dents are on the edge of the door frame, but I think by the looks of it you'll be alright.

Yea I concur. You would be surprised as to how much dent removal can help out. Hell I never thought fixing curb rash by those people with a trailer could do a good job, but I was shocked.

So you wanna make him pay? Wish a busted valley pan gasket upon his malibu. Oh wait, thats only our X's haha. But its going to be hard to make him to physically get him to shell out some dough. If you ask me, I'd take a pushpin and go near the bead of the tire, near the rim. Puncture all four. Watch him go crazy filling em up every few days or so. Best part, cant plug it, can't patch it. opps, guess someone has to get new shoessssssssssss. And I see you're from Jersey, Yeah, i'd do it Jersey style! Just my .02

Well the way the snow is packed in there.... could it have been from snow removal? (snow shovel or snow blower?) What does the chevy look like? And dents on it from when it hit yours?

he has so many dents that i couldnt realize which one went where...

I think it was from a shovel from the guy in the malibu, he must have been really rough when shoveling himself out.. what a prick

i just left a note on his car..
