Bad Retailer experience
Hi Guys,
Have any of you had any problems with FCT Grotton ,LLC while shopping for parts? I just got into the situation where they rejected to send an order because of apparent shipping address problem with Paypal. After emailing back and forth got to call the paypal and found no problems what so ever.But they still wouldn't go ahead with the order asking to call Paypal again and ask for confirmation form etc. WTF? They just lost $400 bucks 'cause I claimed refund. Bad business...bad experience. I've been using paypal for over 8 years now..and it the first time I had seller being so rudely uncooperative . Let me know your experiences.. They sell from their web site as well as eBay
