cd multi changer/cigarette lighter not working

Hi my 06 le mans x5 cd changer isnt working, there seems to be no power getting to it, when you look into the 6 disc multi changer cd box, you can see the disc is still out(as if it was playing) but when i try to eject it theres nothing, tried the fuses they are all fine, could it be a power fault at the box itself?
Also my front and rear cigarette sockets not working, the two sockets in the boot work fine, could it be electrical as the fuses are fine.
