Is there a way to keep the suspension lower?

When it comes to the Access mode, is there a way to bypass the system so I can keep it low to the access level while driving at all speeds. I know If I want it low, to get suspension!! I know if I want it lower it's my option, I am just asking if there is a way to "trick" the system to keep it at that lower level and still have the option to raise as I want. Some type of "DIY for the E53 4.8"

Be advised that I am a BMW modifier and a Mechanic, not for anyone to criticize or troubleshoot, just asking...........I'm pretty sure that someone has figured it out or at-least tried to do this "MOD". I tried doing a search but..... yall know where I'm at.

I take it you have the 3 position switch just under your headlights?
