Which transmission oil should I use.

hello,

I posted on this forum before regarding transmission oil changed for my 2005 4.4 v8 x5. There is a questions about the transmission oil to use. I called two dealers and gave them my ven to them both. One of them said I should use the ESSO LT 71141 and the other said I should use Texaco ETL-8072B.

So which one should I use? People here in the forum said I should look at the label on the transmission. What label am I suppose to be looking for. Where is it located at. Right now the only label I see is on the bottom of the transmission that said use "only bmw oil #83220142516" in a yellow label.

thanks in advance.
