I don't think $12K is a reasonable price for the condition of the car. I have looked around autotrader and seen much higher prices.

It is more in the 15-17K range. That is very low miles.

Its tough to sell a car in NY. I had my 02 530i sport with 103000 and i had to let it got for 5600. now i bought a 2004 x5 premium cold weather for 13500 but it has 90000 miles on it. what you see on auto trader, cars.com is not what you will get. even kbb people will low ball the beegees out of you, especially in ny. i would recomend you speaking to a dealer and see how much they go for on Manhiem

don't by the miles hype. these things go forever, few people are afraid of higher miles. having said that start high, you can always reduce your price. eventually, a sucker will come along...
