bmw DIS/SSS with ediabas????
I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this. I'm considering getting a diagnostic system for my X. I've found a site that claims you can use DIS and SSS with a ediabas interface in stead of the yellow head unit. Is this true??? If so, are there any pitfalls or problems associated with this? Just hoping to pick the brain of anyone who's successfully used this. W

I have this program and it works well...only thing is that it takes A LONG TIME to install and get working.
I used it to diagnois my airbag light I had on the dash. You can do everything with this but be careful, you can really mess things up.
