It all started last week, when I tried to adjust the steering wheel. In the beginning, it would move up or down slowly. I would have to push it up/down about 200 times until it went up to the position I wanted. I was actually ok with this, since it still worked. Yesterday, the steering wheel seemed low again. So I push the lever upward, and it goes down!
So I kept pushing, hoping it would go up, but no luck..
Now, it won't go up or down, its stuck in the lowest position and my legroom is extremely tight.
My drivers side seats aren't adjusting either, same problem?
I brought it to my mechanic, he thinks its the motor thats gone bad but hes not sure. I'm thinking about bringing it to the stealership now.
any advice? Thanks in advance!
