Help with misfire problem
I have a 2000 X5 4.4 with 100k miles. Seems to run fine at low speeds but if i give it some gas it shakes and has no power. I got codes P0300,301,302 so I replaced all spark plugs (they all looked good) and moved the coils from the left bank to the right bank. Still getting P300,301,302. What would cause cylinders 1 and 2 to misfire? I believe these are the front 2 on the passenger side? Fuel injectors? I cant see two injectors dying at the same time. wouldnt the EGR or Cat cause all cylinders on a bank to misfire? Any ideas would be appreciated. |

Look for a vacuum leak. Take it to an independent shop and have it smoke tested.
