Georgetown DC LED Tail light help?

Hey All,

Anyone here in Georgetown or DC swapped their tails before? Feel like giving me a hand changing my OEM tails for LED?

I'm mechanically inclined, but don't have much in the way of tools (they're in storage). You provide the experience and know how. I'm certainly providing the camaraderie, the car, the tails, and most importantly, the beer.

I know it's supposed to be pretty easy, but I dislike messing with body panels. The new ones supposedly won't throw errors, but if they do, I'll be in clueless land.

If not, know anyone who will will flip them for cheap? I normally use Alexandria Bavarian Service for big repairs, but he seems loathe to install aftermarket parts, no matter the quality.

Any help greatly appreciated, and thank you!

Kind regards,

Rush

Drive up to Silver Spring, MD and I'll help you out. Not far and you can take Rock Creek or the GW pkway to MD.

PM me to make arrangements.

I just installed my smoke tinted LED tails last week, all you need is a 1/4 inch 8mm socket and ratchet. If you have a DSP sound system the sub woofer on the right side makes it a tight fit, but I was able to get the nuts off without removing the sub.
