You Should have a fog light switch to turn them on and off

If fogs came on with high beam that would be illegal in the UK dont know about the states

yes there is a fog light switch to turn them on/off, but it does not work when high beams are on...

Normal to provide courtesy/safety to oncoming vehicles... Having the fogs and high beams is just too much.
