3 3 beeps behind dash, no indication of problem

My 2002 X5 will make 3 beeps occasionally, but there is no indication of a problem. In the past when it has done this there is a message, "washer fluid low" or something like that, but recently no message appears.

The beeps are an alert that the temp. outdoors is below 37 degrees -- beware of freezing conditions...

Not in Florida....I'd bet it's the Memo feature

It is probably the "memo" feature that beeps every hour. See this post for instructions on how to turn it off: http://www.xoutpost.com/88800-post3.html

Thanks to all who replied, I have determined that it was the hourly memo feature, as suggested by a couple of you.
