Look what I got, please tell what I'll need. A DVD+NAV question.

Recently I've got a X5 4.8 is 2006. I saw that my car has NOT a DVD player and Navigation. He never has both, I think (cause I can't see any marks of some old install in the rear left trunk).
I take some pics of what I have. Please, fell free to tell me what do I need to install the OEM BT phone and Navigation in my car.

Thank's a lot. Here's the pics (BTW the televisions works good!):

I just have a CD Changer. Look, there's no marks of older intallations or removed things.

This plug is below the CD changer, in the right side.

This blue plug is on the left of the cd changer, near the tail light plug.

Can you help me?

Take a look at Bimmerretrofit.com as there is a complete set of the OEM Retrofit instructions on there. You'll probably need to register. It's a major piece of work to add the missing parts and a lot of equipment needs removing and coding work done. The official instructions state 7.5 hours for a BMW Tech with all the parts and know how. As you say some parts you already have. Those instruction should give you an idea of what is required.

Also check on Realoem with the last 7 characters of your VIN and you should find a kit for adding Nav to vehicles with the On Board Monitor.

It may be a lot less hassle to buy a cheaper system as it looks to me like a lot of money.

Check with a local BMWDealer to see if you ever had Nav fitted, in which case thngs will be a lot simpler as the wiring may well be in place, but that rack in the trunk looks too clean. The dealer will be able to pull up the build sheet of what was added in the factory.
