Fair Market Value for 2002 4.6is?

Hey all,

I have a very unique opportunity to buy a fully loaded 2002 4.6is with only 11,000 miles on it. The car is literally like new.

The car belongs to a close family member who offered to sell it to me if I am interested. KBB lists the car's retail value at just under $30K. Due to the low milage of the car, does this seem fair? My desire is to pay full retail value, since it belongs to a close family member. I want that person to feel like they got a good deal out of it.

I plan to use the KBB value but I thought I would reach out to the X5 community to see if you had any additional thoughts on the situation.

Thanks!
