Squeak/Squeal while engine running

I'm getting a squeaking or squealing after start-up and while the engine is running. It doesn't stop 15 sec or so after the car is running like on a lot of other peoples like I've looked at. I was thinking that it was just a pulley or the belt but it almost seems like it's coming from underneath the transmission fluid reservoir and the cap for the oil filter. It sounds like it's more of a pulley or the belt than anything else but I've also seen where the DISA valve could be the problem? Just looking for some insight as to what else this could be before I just start replacing things. Extra info is that it is a 2003 3.0i and has about 101500 miles. Here is a video of what it sounds like. Thanks for the help everyone.
