MTC suspension part problems - be forwarned

For those of you, like me, who prefer to use the less expensive aftermarket suspension parts.......please don't. I'm in the middle of replacing my front suspension bushings, tie rods, and ball joints and ran into a couple issues with part fitment. I was trying to be a cheap bastard and use the lowest priced parts. Bad move. I pressed out the OE rubber forward "thrust arm" bushing only to discover the MTC replacement bushing did not fit correctly. You could literally drop the new bushing into place without a press. The old bushings took a 2-ton stationary bearing press to remove. Very tight interference fitment. I'm trying to source OE bushings as I type this.

Moral of the story.....buy OE parts.
