I've never seen a how to for the X5 on here. The E39 5-series forums have some information, but the 5-series is much easer. Four bolts and the hub and bearing come off. The X5 needs a press tool to get the axle out of the bearing and then a tool to press the bearing out of the steering knuckle. Then the new bearing must be pressed in. I've never done it, but I don't think its an easy DIY.
