This is a helpfull post as I'll be picking up my car next week and one of the downsides is the lights (have Xennons currently so would miss them) the 02' car has the old style non Xennon style.
These 'Depos' then - this is accepted as the 'one to go for?' in the UK and need RHD of course. I need the headlamp units then purchase the bulbs, balasts and such - is there a 'kit' that comes with everything I need bolt on style??

Hi, I'm installing my lights today at a shop and noticed that there is a gap between the bumper and the new depo lights, which was not there before. Now, I saw on the pictures you posted that you have the same gap on one of the pictures and then the gap is gone on the next. How did you fix that? Am I missing something or the technician is not aligning right somthing?
Thank you in advance. |

Your technician needs to fit the trim correctly....very easy, really!.The hard bit is pulling them off without breaking the trim fixing points. |

Yeah exactly what powers1 said, it took me quite a while to aline it right because the trim is flexible but fragile. What also helped what to aline the actual headlight units correctly too. Took me forever to get it right but once you do get it right taking it out and putting them in is a lot easier. Just play around with the headlight unit and the way it sits on the mount.

Thank you for your replies. I appreciate it. The tech did a pretty good job but I still see a small gap and I think it is ok.
