Soon to pickup my 02' 4.4 X5, questions!!

Hi guys, 1st post here and joined as I'm soon to be getting my 4.4 E35.

Will post pics later when I have her.

I have some questions around the following, will do some searching too but in case there are any current deals on them thought I would post.

• Xennon/Angel Eyes: the car sadly does not have them fitted - I've seen headlight units on eBay for around £300gbp but these do not come provided with the bulbs/balasts, if I opt for such a kit is in a plug and play into my existing light harness(non-Xennon) - is this is the case is there a preffered supplier (UK RHD)
• Wheels: Sitting on 20' wheels just now with 235/35/20 rubber, I dont like them but will live with them for a while - would the car sit correctly on 22's and guessing the profile would be 30's? - would I need to lower the car at all - worried it will look too 'jacked up' with the 22's - pics or experience of this would be appreciated, guessing the ride quality will suffer massively from the jump from 20 to 22?
• Exhaust: Standard backbox exhaust replacement - would replacing the back boxes on the V8 4.4 increase the sound giving a nice V8 'burble' - how many of you have replaced the backbox for a stainless aftermarket option?
