AC fully charged but blows warm at times
my ac is fully charged. i'll turn it on and have to wait for it to fire up. it will turn on after a few minutes and blow cold/stay on . when i turn off the car and turn it back on, i have to wait for the ac to blow cold again. anyone know what this can be? thanks.

Compressor has gone to pot. I had the same issue with my 2005 4.4. Btw... My model does not have a aux fan, and the FSU (final stage resistor) checked out fine. This was validated by two different shops.

Symptoms: blows warm, ambient air until several minutes in to actual driving. Typically 10 min or more.
