It's hard to say. It could be so many things. I actually have the same problem and just decided to live with it. I didn't want to spend the time & money to look into the issue. If you were to do a search on the boards regarding this, every one has a different solution, if any.

UPDATE: might not be big news to some(if any care) but its not the disa valve. also checked for vacuum leaks and there are none, now im thinking my problem is tranny related because in R i dont feel any vibrations, only in D. 123. D/s. so to the shop i go. and i didnt check coils yet because i think i would've gotten check engine light if fuel wasn't burning properly.
