HELP! 4.6 BUMPER COVER REMOVAL QUESTION

How do i remove the bumper support covers on a 2002 4.6 ?
I have found a used set, but do not want to destroy them taking them off. It appears they just snap on and off? can anyone verify this or provide removal details?
