Electircal Issues, window, suspension, parking control

My 01 X5 is having issues with the drivers door. The door lock will not unlock with the key or inside lock button, the dirvers window will not roll down and the interior light will not light up when the drivers door is open. When I push the window button to roll down nothing happens, when I push it to roll up I here a faint click (window is in full up position). What should I be looking for or buying to get things working again.

On a seperate note my suspension is in inactive mode even though it appears to be working and my speedo is not working along with the ABS system. And my parking distance indicator is also out. Pretty much everything went out at close to the same time......
