Will this fit my 2006 X5?

I'm looking at getting the MSW Type 16 18x8 (or even the 19x8) ET34 I saw at tirerack.com. Tire Rack - MSW Type 16s

However, this wheel doesn't show up as one of the E53 wheels but the fitment guide shows it for the BMW E90. I know the E90 has the same hub size as the E53. I spoke to someone at tirerack and he says it might not clear the brakes of the E53. If I get the 19x8, shouldn't it clear the brakes?
