Ac condensation puddling near the front bumper

I'm getting AC condensation puddling under the passenger side front, just below the forward thrust arm. Looking inside the engine compartment, the AC tube beside the passenger side valve cover is where the condensation is building and then dripping down near the compressor and then out the underside cover.

My question is, is this a sign that something is wrong in the AC system? In past summers I've not seen this condensation.

Also, the normal passenger side condensate drain seems to be producing less than the drivers side.
