A/C question

So my A/C been acting up lately. I replaced the condenser pulley and belt because the belt snapped and the pulley had some play in it. Vacuumed out and recharged the unit. Everything was working lovely and then hot air. It works intermittently so I decided to add some dye and see if there's a leak anywhere. After two days of driving, I see this green dye:

Could this be where the leak is? The cap has the gasket missing. Is this cap sold separately? if so, where can I source it? Thank you all for your opinions.
