Arrow E53 roof rack question

Hi all,

Will E71/E70 roof rack (part # 82710 404320: picture attached)
cross bar fit on E53 (part number 82710 415053).

According to my forum search the answer is yes. According to the
dealer the answer is no.

Can someone confirm if they fit. Appreciate the help.

Thanks in advance!

That was probably my thread you are referring to. Never got an answer either, but they do work.

Does anyone know how much weight the roof rack can safely carry. I would like to use my X like a pick-up truck .
