Exclamation Help Needed Parking Lights will Not Turn Off.

Background: I am MECP Certified so this install should be easy on any other car..

Installing a Python Remote Start, Went to attach the Parking Lights lead to the Black Wire coming from the Light Switch. The Diagram told me that that wire was the parking lights and that it was positive (+) in polarity.

Problem: After trying to unlock to see if it all works, The parking lights came on, But They will not turn off even after removing the alarm all together. The only way to turn the parking lights off as of right now is by removing the negative terminal from the battery. I have the Bentley "BMW Bible" with all the wiring diagrams but im thinking i might have tapped into the Data Signal with a positive lead tripping a relay into the ON position inside the LCM (Light Control Module) but I am unaware of how to fix the problem as of yet.

Can anyone lend me their input on a solution or a troubleshooting on this issue, Im hoping someone else has had this problem although i think its pretty rare..

Try with your light witch to the off position, then turn the ignition to the on position(not starting the engine) then turn ignition off and removed key. See if that work.

I tried that I also tried starting the engine and removing both fuses in the glove box for the lcm. No sign of letting the car go back in to normal state of working...

So After Investigating Further. The LCM is actually at fault here. Right Now I am Unpluging when I leave the car and Pluging it back in when returning to the car to drive. Any Suggestions on where i can get one used? BMW wants to charge $450 + Programming for the damn thing. I found once that there is a $150 floating around at a salvage site somewhere but lost the link (
