Anybody in NJ area wanna help with Door handle carrier?

Hey guys,

Looked at the instructions online, and i'm not quite sure whether i'm up for the challenge. It would be a big help if someone could help me out in the area.. I'm in the morristown, nj area-- I am going to be home from cornell thursday night, and would be available then or friday..

dinner is on me if anybody can help!

Naz, I will have a look on my TIS CD and see if I could help. School hasn't started for me and I am very bored since our cable is out (Which means no TV, internet or phone). I hope you still have my number.

Dude, it's super-simple. If you really want help, PM me. The hardest thing is rotating the handle down and off of the carrier, but it only took me 30 minutes total.

can anyone do a quick amateur run down on how to do this.other threads i found were a bit to confusing for m.my passenger side door handle has been stuck for a while and it looks pretty ugly as well

This repair was NOT easy. Took me and minizguy about 2 hours. Getting the keyhole cover back on was a bitch! And it's still not perfect

Maybe the guide clips holding the keyhole cover in place got worn out. They should just snap in when you push the cover back in its place. The sealant (black stripe in your pic) has to be correctly positioned too. Anyway, what I found as a challenge was putting the door interior cover back, without breaking/loosing any of the clips holding it in place.
