Instrument Cluster lights fade in and out
To me this seems like I should replace the dimmer switch. Before I start replacing parts I was hoping someone else encounter and fix this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! |

I had a issue like this b4 too. Was brightest setting but it seemed to dimm out. It only appeared once and i never thought about it after. This was also b4 my car crapped out and died cause my battery needed to be replaced. Once again just check if your batteries are replaced cause if you have a x5 that was b4 06 and 2nd owner most likely the battery is just dying out and causing random electronic errors

This has been a constant fading in and out. I will check the battery but still leaning toward a bad dimmer switch. |
