Simple Mods for a '01 4.4

That's it, jut wondering what I can do to a bone stock '01 4.4. Not looking to do anything huge right away, just curious about any small tips or tricks that people have found to get a touch better performance, or even fuel efficiency.

Let's start really simple:

How many miles do you have?
When is the last time you've had an alignment?
When were your spark plugs last replaced?
When was your air filter last replaced?

110k.
Don't know 100%, just bought it a week ago.
Plugs in the last 5k.
Air filter is K&N, recharged around the same time.

The previous owner worked at an Indie BMW Merc. and Range Rover shop in Seattle. He was up on all the problem areas, new radiator, hoses and water pump. Alternator, valve cover gaskets, front axles are all new in the last year or so.

I could ask him about the alignment, but he was super particular about his vehicle, so I doubt he would let it be out, but I suppose it could be.

Is there a throttle body cleaning DIY around?

When I got my 4.4 a while ago I changed the air filter, aircon filters, oil and oil filter straight away to guarantee it had been done.
Then I put in an aux plug to play my iphone music.
Guage rings were next.
Then I upgraded the software in my nav.

I wanted to do simple things that I could attempt myself and through the guides on the forum and the help of other members I was able to do them.
(I am quite mechanically challenged but am willing to give things a go).
