Left Sunroof Open overnight and it rained

Now my car doesnt want to go on, when i turn on headlight the doors unlock, GPS Radio sometimes turns on, turn signal does not register, Door unlock button and hazard signal does not work. What can I do, this is an x5 2001 vehicle. I tried removing the plus plug in the front of the car, any other suggestions

Can you see what exactly got wet? I would start by looking at electrical connections/components in that area.
