Booo to NABMW

After a year of chasing a resonating vibration in my x5 that my dealer could not find.. NABMW has said my cpo has expired and they will not cover repair!!Boooooo
At 85 mph the shifter/pedals/floor would grown like a bad bearing. The dealer replaced cv joint/ball joint/control arm bushings/alternator-yep really..But still had problem-They said it is illegal to drive that fast,so they could not test drive at speed.. SOOOO I pulled all 4 wheels off on lift and used a stethoscope to listen, and found the bearing in the front driveshaft of the transfer case was screaming...Now the service manager wont return a phone call, and NABMW says No...boooooooooo

Too bad you and that bs dlr aren't in one of the many western/mtn states where the speed limit on many interstates is 80, and if one isn't doing near 90, it seems like one is parked. A test drive in any of those dozen states would have shown symptom...
And, agree on the A bhan comment, lol!

Not surprised BMWNA won't extend/or cover prior notice item(s) under the CPO, though; the bean counters have tightened up the purse strings.
