Is there a reason you want a reset tool? The service lights can be reset without a tool. See http://www.xoutpost.com/showarticle-132.html

The article I referenced will reset both the Oil Service and Inspection Service lights. As for reading the fault codes, I have an Actron OBD-II scanner that I picked up on eBay for about $40. It lets me read any fault codes and reset them if I want.
