Rob_ square peg in round hole

I couldn't attach my pics to the pm to Rob_ so here they are.....
I have a steering wheel, air bag and harness, but what seems to be one wire from the harness stranded (brown/red with with female prong) with no place to attach. Where does the lonely wire go??? I'm referring to the wire with 2 little female prongs (???), not the ground wire.

add it by using manage attachment screen. If you have the pics uploaded somewhere on the internet, wrap the entire URL.

When you post, down below the text box is a section called "Additional Options". Scroll down there and click on "Manage Attachments" and upload the pics from your computer.

Images need to be under 100K each in size.

That looks to me like a ground wire.
