Question Hoses connection Diagram Help

I am now diong the vallypan on my X E53 5.4i M62.Have the baby all in pieces over the garage floor.Problem is the hose to the bottom of the oil separator was all melted away and there is A vacium line that connect to the back cover plate of the intake manifold and go down to the rear of the engine and connect beside the bottom hose of the oil separator Someone have a T vacium connector on it and put a screw and a piece of hoes to block off one end.( Does any know if that T connection belong there and if it does what do it connect to) And how many vent hoses are there on the top of that engine.I see two one at the rear for the transmission and there is another one at front of the engine as well is that a vent or does it connect to something. Or does anyone have a diagram for those hose connection. Thanks in advance for the help

Here is a diagram showing the hoses connected to the Oil Separator. I'm trying to trace back to which parts you have melted down, or missing and this should display the parts, If you trace the lines the show the connection paths for several hoses and lines.
