Drill motor out of regulator to swap?
Also, who else has feedback on how these replacements hold up? They are only $29 new so I am skeptical, but that's cheap enough to at least try it. Besides.... how could it fail any more than the stock BMW regulator? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/_W0QQ...mZ320760632403

That was surprisingly easy to swap. Took about 28 minutes.
