To tell you the truth, I wouldn't sell it because of that problem... But also, If it was after 11/04 build titanium I would buy it. Labor in my countrey is very cheap. I would fix that for few houndred $.

I know people often have issues with products like these but i put some wynns valve stem conditioner oil treatment in my m3 when i had the same symptoms and it cured it within 15 minutes. I drove it for 34k miles after and never had a problem so it may be worth a shot for you? I was told that because the m3 was a weekend car for a while, the stem seals dry out due to lack of use and this product just helps to relubricate them

At this point I have nothing to lose. I'll stop by my local auto parts store and see what they carry. Thanks
