Need help here! Differenct connector for fuel cap locker??

Hi Guys! I really need your help this time. Recently the locker for fuel cap of my X has been working badly, it sometimes works and sometimes doesn' work, so I decide to replace it. I checked the part number, it was 67116987636, and I purchased a used one from eBay. When I am trying to replace it, I found that the connector for the one I purchased from eBay is different with the one my X is currently using, so that it cannot be connected. Please see below picutures:

This upper one is the one my X is currently using, the lower one is the one I bought from eBay. The checked the one I bought from eBay, the part number is currect and I found that the part number of the one my X is currently using is 51268355056. I believe that 67116987636 is the new part number to replace the old one with 51268355056. Also I found that all the locker that are currently selling on eBay or the brand new sold by BMW are using the connecter in the lower picture. So I wonder is there something like connector converter sold by BMW to convert the connector to the new locker? If yes, what is the part number? If not, what should I do to solve this problem? Thanks in advance!!!

I found that the one my x is currently using with part number 51268355056 is for E34 5ers. It is very strange. I checked in the latest version of BMW ETK, this part has never been used on E53 X5s. Why is that?
